                              What problems are not disabilities?

                                    Physical and mental impairments must last, or reasonably be expected to last, 12 months to be disabling.  
                                    These impairments must also be “severe,” which means they would have an effect on your work abilities.  In   
                                    addition to a claimant's medical condition, age, past work experiences, and education all affect one's ability 
                                    to work, and ultimately whether the Social Security Administration will determine a claimant to be disabled.
